Civil and military authorities of the state of Chihuahua offer a tribute to the victims who died from COVID-19, in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, 01 September 2020. The delegate of Programs for the Development of the Federal Government in the state, Juan Carlos Loera de la Rosa led a minute of silence and applause to pay tribute to the people who died from the COVID-19 coronavirus and encourage health personnel who are fighting the pandemic. The civic event attended by civil and military authorities took place in El Chamizal Park at the mega flag, which was hoisted at half mast as a sign of mourning for the victims of the virus.
