A girl weeps after her father Mohammad Altaf Bhat, the owner of a shopping centre, was killed in Srinagar, Indian controlled Kashmir, Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Bhat was one of the four people who died after a deadly raid by government forces on alleged militants in the center of the disputed region's main city, police and families of the victims said Tuesday.
