The scene of a rail grinder that crashed with an empty train at Agios Nikolaos station, in Athens, Greece, 16 November 2021. Three workers in a maintenance crew on Athens' ISAP electric railway were injured, one fatally, in the predawn hours at Agios Nikolaos rail station. The three men were reportedly injured in a crash after the brakes failed on the rail grinder they were operating.
