Stop the “Nike Kangaroo Massacre” protest in New York on August 03, 2022. Few protesters gather in front of Nike store on 5th avenue protesting against the killing of Kangaroo mothers and Joeys and the use of their leathers for soccer boots. They say Nike being one of the largest buyers of kangaroo leather, is driving this industry that is pushing kangaroos to the brink of extinction. They demand Nike to set an example and shut it down.
