A visitor looks at artworks made from used armor plates from bulletproof vests of Ukrainian soldiers during the “ArtArmor” exhibition in the Western Ukrainian city of Lviv, 27 December 2022. A group of Ukrainian artists created 12 art objects from used armor plates that have already successfully fulfilled their mission in battle – stopping enemy bullets and shrapnel on a front line. The armor plates received a second life in the form of artwork, and their sale will allow volunteers to send money to the Ukrainian army.
