“Hlapic”, the falcon flies at Hotel Esplanade's “Oleander terrace” restaurant in Zagreb, Croatia, 07 July 2023. Vitold Kosir has been engaged in falconry for 36 years, but his basic occupation is as a Violin musician at Symphony orchestra of Croatian Radio and TV. His falcon is American harris hawk, including five more and one roaring eagle. The prestigious Hotel Esplanade figured out how to protect its guests from birds such as pigeons and crows, and hired Vitold Kosir with his falcons to make restaurant guests feel protected.
