Typhoon Fung-Wong crossed the Bicol and northern Luzon regions overnight beginning 09 November, causing flooding, power outages, and property damage due to strong winds. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the typhoon is projected to be 135 kilometers west-northwest of La Union province in the northern Philippines, moving west-northwest at 20 kilometers per hour with maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour.
