Today is what is known as the equilux and it happens when day and night are equal and occurs a few days before the spring equinox, and a few days after the autumn equinox. What appears to be a floating leaf is actually a stray sticking to a wet car windshield in a park in Scaggsville, Maryland on September 25, 2024. French artist Charlotte Caron makes very interesting paintings. For the works, a combination of photography and painting, she paints animal heads looking like some sort of masks over the faces of photo-portraits that she takes herself.

Boya Latumahina, alter ego, Zippora Lux is a Design student studying at Central St Martins in London. She has created these space age cats by combining two of her favourite things, cats and telescopic photographs.

Scientist Mohamed Babu from Mysore, India captured beautiful photos of these translucent ants eating a specially colored liquid sugar. Some of the ants would even move between the food resulting in new color combinations in their stomachs.
