These days, with uncovered women a common sight on Tehran streets, authorities have begun raiding companies where women employees or customers have been seen without the headscarf, or hijab. Due to the lack of available space inside, most passengers resort to sitting on top of the train. (Photo by Yousuf Tushar/Solent News & Photo Agency)

A busy rush hour sees thousands of commuters climbing on board a train – as well as holding onto its sides and sitting on the roof before it speeds off. Men, women and children climb and are pulled up onto the roof of the train, which is around 12ft (3.6m) high, as they try to find themselves a space. With no seats available inside, many commuters decide to take the risk and choose a rooftop view for their journey out of Dhaka city, in Bangladesh. little people street art

The street artist known only as Slinkachu has been abandoning little people on the streets of London since 2006. His first project, “Little People in the City”, saw minature men, women and children living their lives on the streets of London and was immortalised in the 2008 book entitled “Little People in the City”. Since then, Slinkachu has done a number of other projects, notably “Whatever Happened to the Men of Tomorrow” which documented the decline of a tiny, middleaged and balding super-hero on the streets of London and “Inner City Snail – a slow moving street art project” which saw Slinkachu “customising” a number of London snails which then presumably went about their business none the wiser.

Ray Yang, a celebrity trainer, takes a selfie before the start of a workout session during TV program "The Body Show" at a gym in Seoul, September 19, 2015. Looks no longer centre only on the face in beauty-obsessed South Korea, where more women are hitting the gym to improve muscle tone and physical health. As the ideal of beauty evolves in a country that is a trendsetter in cosmetics and the pursuit of plastic surgery, women's fitness has become a growth business, say purveyors of health products, from diet supplements to dumb-bells.
