Zed Nelson has photographed the same family, once a year on the same day, for 20 years. I take hundreds of photo’s of my extended family all year round, some just languish on my computer screen unseen by anyone, some get printed, some framed. What is really interesting about this project is not only the obvious time scale but his “ analytical approach“. The same plain background is used for each session and he chooses only 1 frame to represent that years image. My many photographs are a mishmash of family events, his create a family history unfolding . Perhaps less really is more.

A powerful earthquake shook Mexico City on Tuesday, causing panic among the megalopolis' 20 million inhabitants on the 32nd anniversary of a devastating 1985 quake. Here’s a closer look at the official The Simpsons LEGO set that we previewed earlier here. In celebration of the animated sitcom series’ 25th anniversary, LEGO has paired up with Matt Groening‘s cartoon creation for a two-part collaboration that features arguably two of the largest entities in popular culture. The limited-edition LEGO set depicts the Simpson family’s home, alongside mini-figures of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie and Ned Flanders. The painstakingly recreated LEGO brick house can be reconfigured and opened up to reveal the inside of the four-bedroom residence. The release of the scaled set will be accompanied by a LEGO-themed episode of The Simpsons, which is set to air on FOX in May. Longtime Simpsons fans can purchase the set for $200 USD at select LEGO stores early next month.

A daredevil photographer is determined to capture London in a whole new light – by scaling the city’s many rooftops. Jacob Riglin, from Richmond Upon Thames, photographs the nation's capital from above – hanging from scaffolding, dangling his legs over the edge of buildings and looking down from perilous heights. Such images have gained the photographer, 20, an incredible fan base on Instagram, which has seen his follower count rise to more than 150,000.
