You have to agree, that most of the designs of the license plates in the United States are pretty boring and bland. In most cases, a three-year-old could have done a better job. This is the reason why Jonathan Lawrence has decided to create a project of redesigning the license plates of all 50 states. His designs feature fresh vibrant colors, as well as clean and readable design. These are the license plates you’d want to use if you have anything that is better than a rundown, old pickup truck (no offence to owners of rundown, old pickup trucks). IT'S a relatively simple idea – set up a mirror so you can capture the reflection of a dramatic landscape in a single photograph. Photographer Daniel Kukla, from New York, created a spectacular series of artworks called The Edge Effect using the technique. He clamped the mirror onto an easel and placed it in various settings in the Joshua Tree National Park, California.

When Roberto Perez (also known as Rob The Original) gives you a haircut, it’s probably not going to be just a haircut. This San-Antonio-based artist and hair stylist creates amazing works of art using nothing but his clients’ scalp and hair as his canvas. Perez can create just about anything he or his clients can think of – from a photo-realistic portrait or illustration to full-head paintings or graphic designs.

The close-up of the Pecteilis radiata is very reminiscent of a beautiful white bird soaring in the skies. This is probably the reason why people have started calling this flower the White Egret Flower. Truly, the resemblance of this flower to an egret flying through heavens is staggering. It is too bad that these flowers are so small. Otherwise, they would make for a stunning bouquet.
