Maine-based Robert Dowling Jr. creates wonderfully whimsical stories with a slightly surreal touch. The self-taught artist, who works primarily in acrylics and oils, often paints characters with their faces covered or turned away. American artist Kurt Wenner creates unparalleled three-dimensional drawings on asphalt streets and of floor. Kurt – A former employee of NASA, which is the love of the art of the Renaissance left the space agency and left to raise the artistic skills in Rome. Has a variety of awards in the arts. Strangeways was designed by Alfred Waterhouse and cost £170,000 ($207,910) to build. The prison, famed for its prominent ventilation tower and imposing design, has become a local landmark.
