We pleased to present Broken Mirror/Evening Sky, a new series of striking landscape photographs by New York based artist Bing Wright. Departing from his usual pared down images in grey palettes, Wright offers us moving skyscape photographs of richly colored sunsets reflected onto broken mirrors. This new body of work marks his first return to color photography in almost a decade.

Brooklyn-based artist Orly Genger comes to Manhattan with an installation called Red, Yellow and Blue. The work features the artists usage of intricately hand-knotted nautical rope covered in paint, creating a work that transforms the park’s lawns into colorfully-lined chambers that visitors can enjoy. The work will remain on view daily from May 2 through September 8, 2013 in Madison Square Park.

The V8 Hotel in Stuttgart is a car-lover’s heaven, it´s a theme hotel with a design clearly inspired by the car world. The Hotel is located in an auto museum called Böblingen’s Meilenwerk in Stuttgart, Germany. The hotel features themed rooms fit for both mechanics and car enthusiasts alike, it has four single rooms, 19 double rooms, tower suite and 10 theme-based rooms designed to impress visitors.

Though it is often said that the human eye can be revealing about a person, Jakarta-based Indonesian artist Veri Apriyatno's series titled The Witnesses reveals a lot more about a person's surroundings through the reflection of their eyes. Each hyperrealistic mixed media creation in the series (made with charcoal, pencil, and acrylics on canvas) presents an entire world within the gaze of a glistening eye.

Sharon Beals is a San Francisco based photographer who has photographed nest and eggs specimens collected over the last two centuries at The California Academy of Sciences, The Museum of Vertebrate Zoology, and The Western Foundation of Vertebrate Zoology. While few nests are collected today, these nests and eggs are used for research, providing important information about their builder’s habitats, DNA, diseases and other survival issues.

Erika Sanada is an artist based in San Francisco, USA. Her concept is “Odd Things”. She want her audience to feel emotions that include excitement, astonishment and impact when they look at her artwork there are two reasons why she create odd, creepy and grotesque things. One is the memory of her childhood and the second is constant anxieties.

Star trails are pictured from a road in Singapore. These astonishing images of night sky are captured by Singapore based photographer Justin Ng. The pictures were taken between November 2013 to January 2014. It show's star trail caused by the earth's rotation and also can be achieved by zooming the DSLR lens inward or outward in small steps using a dedicated motorized zooming device. A view motorists have grown accustomed seeing, a military truck made by Oshkosh Corp. is taken for a test drive Thursday, April 11, 2013 in Oshkosh, Wis. Faced with deep cuts in U.S. military spending, and the end of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Oshkosh Corp. is laying off 900 employees in its defense division based in Oshkosh. Approximately 700 hourly workers at the state's largest manufacturer will lose their jobs in mid-June, followed by approximately 200 salaried employees through July.
