The Rolling Stones recorded their first album in 1964 at the street's Regent Sounds Studio's. Known as London's 'Tin Pan Alley' Denmark Street is regarded as one of, if not the, best music streets in Europe and contains numerous specialist music shops, with many boasting of a long and prestigious musical history.

The world's largest lip disc has been discovered by an Australian film crew, led by cinematographer Abrahem Joffe, in the remote valleys of southern Ethiopia. The crew was shooting a documentary when they stumbled on 20 year old Ataye Eligidagne, who left them shocked .Joffe told Daily Mail Australia ‘We were taking a tour with some of the local guides.

These surfing penguins are making waves as they glide gracefully across the ocean.They are showcasing their talent as they arrive on the East Coast beach of New Island in the Falklands.The penguins are of the gentoo species, characterised by their bright orange bills and the distinctive white stripes on their heads.
