Fact Crooked House, Sopot Polond (Krzywy Domek)

The Krzywy Domek is an irregularly-shaped building in Sopot, Poland. Its name translates in to English as the Crooked House. The Krzywy Domek was built in 2004. It is approximately 4,000 square meters in size and is part of the Rezydent shopping center. It was designed by Szotyńscy & Zaleski who were inspired by the fairytale illustrations and drawings of Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg. It can be entered from either Monte Cassino or Morska Streets.

Wow Paper Sculpture by Calvin Nicholls

Calvin Nicholls is a master when it comes to the art of paper reliefs. He manages to capture an essence of gracefulness in each of his sculptures. In this particular collection where the focus is nature here are many of the seventy-five sculptures that were created for the Follet Collection Resources Campaign in response to a request of licensing from art director Lee Sievers. The full collection remains on display at their international corporate headquarters.

Educative Plitvice Lakes National Park

Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest national park in Southeast Europe and the largest national park in Croatia. The national park was founded in 1949 and is situated in the mountainous karst area of central Croatia, at the border to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The important north-south road connection, which passes through the national park area, connects the Croatian inland with the Mediterranean coastal region.
