The animal had got into the shop via some loose ceiling tiles, knocked bottles of spirits off the shelves, lapped up the contents and passed out in the toilets. In his new powerful photo series "Judging America," photographer Joel Pares seamlessly fades photos of an unfounded ethnic stereotype with people's real professions. Starting with a simple photo that's based on the stereotypes associated with a person's appearance, Pares fades to their real profession to make us realize how deceiving looks can truly be.

Located in the Mokattam Mountain in southeastern Cairo, Egypt, the Monastery of Saint Simon or the Cave Church is a beautiful and mystical location. The area is also known under the name of the “garbage city” because of the large population of garbage collectors or Zabbaleen that live here and who are the descendants of farmers who started migrating from Upper Egypt to Cairo in the 1940s.

A 500-pound lion and an 11-pound dog have formed an unlikely friendship, proving that cats and dogs really can get along. Bonedigger the lion and Milo the dachshund live together at Garold Wayne Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood, Okla., along with three other dogs. The puppies were introduced to Bonedigger in 2008 when he was just a 4-week-old cub.

The cutest Instagram ever! Tokyo-based mother Aya Sakai is taking pictures everyday of her son Tasuku and his best friend, a French Bulldog ‘Muu’ and post it on Instagram and her Facebook page.
