Google Self-Driving Cars

Google has built its first self-driving car prototypes and hopes to test hundreds more models this summer. If all goes well, the company is planning a pilot program in California over the next few years.

In a world first, a dog drives a car completely by himself on a racetrack in New Zealand. The dog, named Monty, has trained for more than two months to drive the modified car in a project aimed at increasing pet adoption from animal shelters. ‘‘Air Drive’’ by Photographer Renaud Marion

Τhe hovering car without wheels, also called the hovercar, is a constant fixture in science fiction films, video games and comic books, and a long-standing dream for car lovers and technology fans alike. This dream is also shared by French photographer Renaud Marion, who creates images depicting hovering cars in everyday urban settings. In his ongoing photographic project titled ‘‘Air Drive’’, Marion combines retro car designs with futuristic technology, a project driven by his childhood visions of how the world was going to look like in the future. Anatomical Self Dissections By Danny Quirk

"I'm an artist, recent graduate, specializing in photo realistic watercolors, painting what the camera can't capture. My work is perceivably on the darker side, but the actually is, it's about exploration.
My anatomical works combine classic poses, in dramatic chiaroscuro lighting, with a very contemporary twist... illustrating what's underneath the skin, and the portrayed figure dissects a region of their body to show the structures that lay beneath."

In the hours 41-year-old Ralph Savelsberg is not working as a physicist for the Dutch Ministry of Defence, he is recreating classic vehicles in everyones favourite bricks. The Lego mad film buff has lived in the UK for the last few years building every famous car in entertainment you can imagine – And the characters to match! From Del Boys Reliant Regal to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the Batmobile, has Ralph handmade the most complete set of popular vehicles ever?
