The images were taken on the grounds of an isolated cottage on the banks of Loch Sunart, on the west coast of Scotland in July 2022. Pine martens are mostly found in the north of the UK, particularly Scotland. They prefer woodland habitats and feed on small rodents, birds, eggs, insects and fruit.
