“Residents in a small town littered with giant potholes may be ready to “crack” the art world – after turning their massively damaged roads into hilarious masterpieces. Fun-natured drivers from Scranton, Pennsylvania have been challenged by an arts group to turn the ugly craters in their neighborhood into pothole art. And they dived straight in - creating everything from a pothole bowl of cereal for breakfast to a popcorn machine and even a sink perfect for washing their dishes in. The Pop Up Studio, who designed the guerrilla art campaign titled Pothole: Positively Filling Negative Space are looking into starting an international competition after receiving such a big response”. – Caters News
