Water way to go. These incredible images show the moment two brave adventurers decided to body board down Europes longest glacier. Seen carving their way through the icy rivers of the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland, the pair are seen risking their lives for an adrenalin rush of a whole new kind. Pictured mounted on their body boards as part of a sport known as hydrospeeding, the daredevils risked being carried away by strong currents and even drowning in hidden crevices to complete the winding seven mile journey. But if that wasnt dangerous enough, the duo also ran the risk of being overwhelmed by collapsing glacial lakes that could be released into the river at any moment. Italian artist Marcello Barenghi draws incredibly realistic everyday objects that appear almost three dimensional with the help of colored pencils and occasional enhancements using markers or watercolor. Each work appears ever so slightly stylized which I think sets these apart from similar hyperrealistic drawings that are meant to ‘trick’ a viewer. If you want to see more, Barenghi runs a YouTube channel where he documents the process of almost every drawing.

Pole dancers in Mexico have taken to the streets to celebrate their sport and show others the skills involved. Bela Bordosi is not the first person to arrange various household objects into the shape of the letters and making photos, and he’s definitely not the last. However, the way he does it is definitely very distinct and original. Sure, some photos are most definitely staged. However, some letters just pop out of the picture that doesn’t look staged at all. As if by chance, the items create a vivid “A” in your mind, so vivid that it’s very hard to notice the individual items that were used in the making of this composition. The artworks that Alexa Meade makes are very unique and original. A usual painter creates a 2D or a 3D drawing on flat 2D surface. Alexa, on the other hand, draws over the body of a regular person, making them look like a 2D painting. The pictures of these people are almost uncanny, as you realize that the eyes “paintings” are real, and suddenly it dawns upon you that you are seeing a living and breathing human being.
