In this Thursday, January 28, 2016 photo, a “child angel” doll sits on a chair in Bangkok, Thailand. The dolls, which are said to bring good luck to their owners, became a media sensation this week after a leaked memo from a Thai budget airline gave pointers on how they could be treated like passengers if they have a paid-for seat. Thai people are superstitious, and the doll phenomenon has been analyzed as a modern version of a traditional totem containing real body parts, but as a fad it seems have more in common with Furby dolls. Yes this is not a real dragon’s skull but it is still pretty creepy. This weird little plant is called a Snapdragon or Dragon flower or, if you want to sound even smarter, The Antirrhinum. Once the flower has died, the seed pod begins to look like the skulls you see here. Apart from being creepy as hell and alleged protectors of the garden, if you wore this about your body you would appear to be more “fascinating and gracious”. Though I imagine if anyone actually did find this on you, fascinating and gracious are not the only things they will think about you.

“Bread and Shutter” Studio is presenting us with a set of vivid photos that immediately catch our attention with their Eastern feel. They were probably attempting to make a joke with their “East Meets West” photo, were a girl’s burka is made of what looks like leather jacket with a steel zipper; however, in our humble opinion, it wasn’t a very good one. Nevertheless, other photos in this set are quite sensual and mystifying, creating the impression that these women came to us from never before seen lands and fairytales.
