Ngorongoro Crater (Tanzania). At 610m deep and 260 sq km, this is the largest unflooded caldera in the world. A blue-green vision from above it's a haven for engangered wildlife and Maasai livestock. The crater was formed three million years ago when a giant volcano, which could have been as high as Kilimanjaro, exploded and collapsed. A daredevil photographer is determined to capture London in a whole new light – by scaling the city’s many rooftops. Jacob Riglin, from Richmond Upon Thames, photographs the nation's capital from above – hanging from scaffolding, dangling his legs over the edge of buildings and looking down from perilous heights. Such images have gained the photographer, 20, an incredible fan base on Instagram, which has seen his follower count rise to more than 150,000. Animal-Lover Miki Asai has gone a step beyond feeding bread to the ducks – by syringe-feeding water to tiny ants. The office worker from Obihiro City, Japan, squirts droplets near the tiny insects and then uses a macro lens to capture quenching their thirst.
