At least one person has died, a firefighter, and two others are missing after the collapse at an apartment block where around fifty people were living, emergency services and state media announced on Wednesday. A woman, a member of a fire brigade who had come to the scene to secure the area after the first collapse, died during rescue operations in a second collapse, a firefighter told AFP on condition of anonymity.
