About 100 migrants spent the night at Flensburg's train station. Denmark would resume international rail services to Germany on 10 September, the Danish railway company DSB said, the day after trains were halted in an attempt to come to terms with an influx of migrants. Trains between Flensburg in Germany and Padborg in southern Denmark would resume, as well as the intercity service between Flensburg and the Danish capital Copenhagen. Germany and Sweden have been among the top destinations for those seeking to file asylum applications, while Denmark has in recent years introduced tougher restrictions.
