Monaco is already home to luxurious casinos, luxury yachts, exotic cars and exciting events such as the Formula One Grand Prix, the Monte-Carlo Arts Festival, and the Rolex Tennis Master. But could add “World’s Expensive Penthouse” to its list with the opening of Tour Odeon. The Tour Odeon, set to hit the market next year, is Monaco’s tallest building at 170m (557ft) which features 70 apartments, ranging from one to six bedrooms. Along with the 70 apartments, two 1,200-square-meter Sky Duplexes and the aforementioned five-story 3,300-square-meter Sky Penthouse complete the building.

The crown jewel of the Tour Odean, the Sky Penthouse, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces with panoramic views of Monaco, Larvotto beach and the Ligurian Sea. And did we mention it comes with a private water slide and circular infinity pool. According to Sky.com, the Sky Penthouse could list for £256 million (around $387M) when it hits the market next year, which would make it the world’s most expensive penthouse. The visionary for the project is architect Alexander Giraldi, a master of “belle epoque” design, which is inspired by the atmosphere of early 20th century Paris. Completion is expected in July 2014.
