Sailors from the Indonesian Navy carry a victim of a boat sinking last week off the coast of Indonesia, on December 21, 2011 in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. It is believed that the overloaded fishing boat was carrying over 200 people, mostly from Iran and Afghanistan when it sank off the coast of Indonesia on Saturday. Survivors have told media outlets that they were headed to Christmas Island, an Australian territory close to Indonesia. The tragedy is expected to further inflame the debate in Australia as how best to handle the influx of asylum seekers. (Photo by Ulet Ifansasti/Getty Images)
