A female street art collective has set a new Guinness World Record to create the largest spray-painted mural by multiple artists. Over 100 international female street artists came together to create the continuous mural in south London’s Leake Street Tunnel, made famous by Banksy, on March 8, 2014. The record was broken as part of all-female street art event Femme Fierce, the largest of its kind in the UK, which aims to celebrate women street artists across the world. The combination of two different drawing styles in one picture never ceases to amaze us. The works of Allison Kunath are a vivid example of this technique. The background of her pictures is drawn using watercolors, while the actual image is broken down into rough geometrical shapes. This creates a very striking contrast, thanks to black, bold lines of the image on the forefront drawn over soft, cloudy shades of color. 35-year old farmer Rammehar Punia has been named as ‘Rubber Man’. Thanks to his remarkable ability to make his shoulders meet in front of his chest. He has used his flex!bil!ty to smash the Guinness World record for the number of CD’s broken between the shoulders. He broke 60 CDs in just a minute.
