An artist has gone to incredible lengths to paint several iconic album covers on her own face. London-based artist Natalie Sharp wanted to celebrate Record Store Day in a unique way, and asked her Facebook friends for suggestions about which album covers to paint. She was overwhelmed with responses, and as a result painted 40 different album covers on her face, including Nirvana's “Nevermind”, King Crimson's “The Court of the Crimson King”, and “Melt” by Peter Gabriel. This latest photo series by Anelia Loubser, a photographer in Cape Town, reminds us that even the simplest change in perspective can change how things look drastically. By selectively cropping and flipping the dark portraits in her “Alienation” series, Loubser makes basic human portraits look like creepy alien close-ups.

The world's largest lip disc has been discovered by an Australian film crew, led by cinematographer Abrahem Joffe, in the remote valleys of southern Ethiopia. The crew was shooting a documentary when they stumbled on 20 year old Ataye Eligidagne, who left them shocked .Joffe told Daily Mail Australia ‘We were taking a tour with some of the local guides.
