Art By Tamas Gaspar

Tamas Gaspar has done some great illustrations for the band Rackajam. These are probably the members of the band, and I can imagine how thrilled they were when they first put their eyes on these. Awesome style! Well, for more of Gaspar's works you may visit his portfolio at DeviantART.

Mike Stimpson a.k.a Balakov is in love with Star Wars, LEGO and photography. After a first series we published “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…” Here is a new selection of his photographs of LEGO Star Wars minifigs characters in their everyday life… If you like, I also recommend the series “LEGO Star Wars photography by Storm TK431” and “The secret life of Star Wars toys”

Scared of Heights. “Taken from the highest residential building in Asia: the Zenith in Busan. This was taken with official permission (which took me months to get) and safety measures were taken. I had to hang myself over the edge to get this shot. Not for the faint of heart! But when you’re at a height like this, the world below you just seems different. It takes away the fear one would normally have, and gives a sense of peace instead”. (Photo by Albert Dros/NatGeo Cities Travel Photographer of the Year 2017)

Ice Age – Tibet, China. “This is the Chinese version of the blue ice lake, Pumoungcuo, at an altitude of 5,070 metres (16,600 feet). This lake in Tibet freezes every winter. At night, under the low temperatures of -20C, you can listen to the sound of the ice cracking while capturing the most beautiful winter sky. The blue ice surface and dazzling Orion constellation create a fantasy landscape. I felt so happy to have the stars as my companion on this magical night”. Road Trip! (Photo by Thad Lawrence)

Interesting photos which can't be united in a certain series quite often come across to me. Therefore I publish simply a small group of separate pictures – enjoy, if it's interesting to you. Photo: “Road Trip!” (Photo by Thad Lawrence)
