When you first see the art works created by a Thai metalworker Ban Hun Lek, you are completely stunned by the level of detail of the metal sculptures that he creates. One of his most prominent creations is a full sized sculpture of a Hulk. The fact that this sculpture was created practically solely out of steel nuts adds to the rugged feeling of force that emanates from this creation. And if you think that this creation is amazing, you should look at his other works such as the Ganesha – the god of wisdom, knowledge and new beginnings, or the Predator. Mini Amsterdam has launched a promotion campaign for their brand new creation Mini Copper. The idea is that Mini Copper is so small that it could fit in a box. Thus, as part of the promotion campaign, huge cardboard boxes were left in various popular placed of Amsterdam, making it look as if someone has bought a Mini Copper and thrown out the cardboard box it came in. Of course it is simply a commercial; however, it clearly illustrates just how small the Mini Copper really is. This is a perfect vehicle to handle narrow streets and lack of parking space. Every November (AKA Dinovember), Refe Tuma and his wife pose their kids’ plastic dinosaurs engaging in activities in order to convince their kids the toys come to life while they sleep. It started out small, with dinosaurs stealing food from the kitchen and making small messes, but Dinovember quickely escalated into dinosaurs playing board games, kidnapping other toys, and watching that scene from The Land Before Time while crying tiny little toy dinosaur tears made from paper.
