The world's first 3D printed car – the Stratti – was built in just 45 hours at the International Manufacturing Technology Show which took place between September 8 – 13, 2014. The Strati, which is Italian for layers, has a chassis body made of one solid piece and has a top speed of 40mph. More than 700 underwater images were submitted for the 2012 Annual Underwater Photography Contest, hosted by the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine & Atmospheric Science. This year, for the first time, the University of Miami set up a “Fan Favorite” category for its underwater photo competition. Internet users could vote for their favorite among five pictures. The series, imagined by French artist Mike Wroebel, depicts Arya Stark, Jon Snow and crew as modern hipsters, donning 20th century ensembles that reflect each of the character's feisty personalities. Our personal favorite? Daenerys Targaryen as a doting ferret owner.
