Andrey Pavlov is a photographer and he takes photographs of ants in stunning poses along with certain props that make the images even more fantasy-like. You’ve probably never seen ant photographs like these before.

“When I was 8 years old, my parents paid a smuggler to take me across the Himalayas, a weekslong walk over the mountains from Tibet to India. It was a trek that tens of thousands of other Tibetans have taken since the Dalai Lama fled a failed 1959 uprising against Chinese rule. My parents must have had their reasons to send me here; they must have had the best of intentions. But 18 years later, I still don't know why they did it. They are not political people. This interesting and canny project by Joseph Ford combines aerial photography with fashion, using a technique that I have never seen before. The concept is simple, yet ingenious. Using various elements within both the aerial and fashion images, Joseph alligns them next to one another to create an alternative reality, and in some shots, it seems as if the garments were purposely created for this to happen. Such a great project that has so much room for experimentation.

Andre Ermolaev is a photographer from Moscow, Russia (featured previously). In an ongoing series of aerial photos, Andre captures Iceland’s incredible landscape like you’ve never seen. Many of his images focus on capturing glacial rivers flowing through Iceland’s volcanic areas and the patterns and colours that emerge from the resulting flow.

“Bombay’s once ubiquitous Premier Padmini taxis were introduced in the 60s and are dwindling at an alarming rate. This follows a decree banning vehicles over 25 years old from the streets to be replaced with “modern alternatives”. In a few years these iconic workhorses will be gone from Bombay’s streets altogether.
