A detained lion cub is quarantined at an animal disease control centre in the city of Volgograd, Russia on January 24, 2020. On 23 January 2020, traffic police officers discovered two cages containing the lion cub and a monkey on stopping a car in Novonikolayevsky District, Volgograd Region.
