Amazing sunset over Melbourne, Australia on September 24, 2016. A plane passenger captured this out-of-this-world image of what looks like the sky on fire above an Australian city. The stunning photograph was taken over Melbourne, Australia, last week and shows the wing of the plane and what looks like a volcanic scene erupting below. In fact the fire is just an effect created by a sunset which has turned the clouds and sky below the aircraft into a molten shimmering sea. Penny Bowman, from Melbourne, Victoria, took the amazing photograph. (Photo by Penny Bowman/Caters News)

The final agreement will be put to vote by the public in a referendum on October 2. The plan calls for a disarmament and re-integration of most of the estimated 7,000 FARC fighters.
