Tytus Brzozowski is a Polish architect and watercolorist who is inspired by the dynamics, color, design, and history of Warsaw. He creates watercolor paintings that often combine detailed architectural images with whimsical and imaginary scenes, such as pianos suspended by hot air balloons and buildings shaped like teapots

The photography duo of Floto+Warner created the series, “Colorant”, from an idea that stemmed out of a previous series and the fascination of landscapes, with results that leave one in awe. Creating shapes, not experienced in nature, they tossed colored water in the air to capture “a momentary graffiti of air and space”. Tanbo Art is the strategic planting of four varieties of rice which have different colored leaves in order to create a giant image in the rice paddy. This type of aesthetic planting began in the Japanese village of Inakadate in 1993 in order to celebrate the village’s over 2000 year history of rice farming. The practice has spread to other rice cultivating communities in Japan and even other countries such as Thailand and South Korea.
