Robbie Cooper is a British artist working in photography, video and 3D. In 2008 he began his project ‘Immersion’ in which he filmed people’s faces as they watched TV, played video games and using the internet. His images have been of interest to me because they link to how playing video games affects your behaviour out of the game. I think that there is a definite link between gaming and behaviour. I think violent games such as Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty do affect behaviour and can be linked to criminality.

The parody of the video game uploaded last week is, of course, going viral as we speak reaching upwards of a million views in a little as six days. It's not even the first Fruit Ninja parody, but somehow this one resonates with it's simple formula: take a guy with a samurai sword, throw fruit at him and watch him slice them in half in slow motion. A 500-pound lion and an 11-pound dog have formed an unlikely friendship, proving that cats and dogs really can get along. Bonedigger the lion and Milo the dachshund live together at Garold Wayne Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood, Okla., along with three other dogs.
