“SuperSized Heroes” is an interactive website created by the Pure Blue web design agency for Desirable Body showing how famous superheroes would look if they became obese. You can feed the superheroes large quantities of chips and watch as they grow.

Vicent Roche, an art director and freelance illustrator from Paris, created five designs in which he presents totems with an artistic perspective.

Illustragram is a project created by brazilian Bruno Alves. In his drawings he incorporates real objects that interact with the characters, the results are adorable.

Jennifer Collier is an innovative textiles and crafts artist who uses a combination of natural and found materials. Through methods of weaving, waxing, bonding, fusing, trapping, embedding and stitching she creates unusual materials, which are then developed into garments and accessories.

These stunning coloured images show detailed x-ray images of everything from skulls to light bulbs. Artist Paula Fontaine, from Westminster Massachusetts, created the images using a process called digital map painting. To create the images the x-ray emission source – the head of the machine on an arm which focuses the beam – is placed over the object. In time for Halloween the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers, creative art studio, held the Cotton Candy Machine workshop in Brooklyn, N.Y., demonstrating techniques and tools to create intricate pumpkin art. Maniac Pumpkin Carvers, which focuses on elevating the art of pumpkin carving, were a past winner of the Food Network's Halloween Wars. Their work has been displayed at MOMA, the Whitney Museum and Yankee Stadium. Karezoid Michal Karcz is a photographer from Warsaw, Poland. He first started with painting, which helped him to develop a vision that was hard to create with other visual techniques. Then in early 90s discovered photography. His early fascinations of painting and photography have been combined into one piece, with the use of digital tools. Digital photography gave him the opportunity to generate unique realities that were impossible to be created with an ordinary dark room techniques.
