ちゃんみな (Chanmina) – 美人 (Beauty) (Official Music Video). Mina Otomonai, 23, known professionally as Chanmina, is a South Korean/Japanese rapper and pop musician. She debuted in 2016 independently, before releasing her major label debut album Miseinen in 2017.

The Perth-based photographer and journalist Frances Andrijich has travelled the Western Australian coast since the early 90s, capturing clotheslines in all their glory. In her images they take the roles of play equipment, Christmas trees and, in the summer, a homemaker’s dream. Andrijich admits she is hopelessly hung up on clotheslines; her latest book celebrates them under the spotlight of the Australian sun. American nature and wildlife photographer Paul Souders is very well-travelled around the globe. In one of his exploits, we have his series of images shot in the ice capped shores of Churchill, Canada. Souders took his Zodiac boat to Hudson Bay in midsummer and waited there for three days before he finally saw a bear, a young female while on sea ice around 30 miles offshore.

Kokeshi dolls these traditional wooden figurines were said to have been originally made as souvenirs to sell to people visiting the local hot springs in Northern Japan. Although there are about 10 different styles, each doll is made with an enlarged head and cylindrical body with no arms or legs.

Rina Sawayama – XS (Official Video). Rina Sawayama is a Japanese-British singer, songwriter and model. Born in Niigata, she was raised from a young age in London, where she currently resides. Her debut extended play, Rina, was released in 2017, before her debut studio album, Sawayama, was released on 17 April 2020.
