Mike Stimpson a.k.a Balakov is in love with Star Wars, LEGO and photography. The Fangtooth Moray (sometimes Tiger Moray) is a moray eel of the family Muraenidae found throughout the eastern Atlantic Ocean, including the Canary Islands and Madeira. The Fangtooth Moray is distinctive for its bright yellow colouring and elongated jaw, which is filled with a large number of long "glasslike" teeth. It can reach up to 120 cm in length.

Some of these cat paintings have cost $15,000 and had to be renewed every 3 months! Some cat owners are really crazy about their cats! I’m not sure these poor cats really enjoyed the long hours of painting on their fur. The results are pretty amazing! Some cat painting are very simple with a unique color, others are very complex and required a true artist, like painting on a canvas. These cats are ready for Halloween!

Created by ceramic artist Mary O’Malley, who studied in Philadelphia and now resides in Long Island, New York, the Bottom Feeders series is particularly inspired by childhood memories and her newly familiar surroundings next to the sea. By combining the imagery of sea creatures with the elegance of tea time, O'Malley envisions a whimsical occasion worthy of such fictional characters a Davy Jones and Alice.
