Two Year ago, we featured some creative nail photography by Vlad Artazov, who used nails to create some lovely and moving scenarios. The story of Nail Art is still one of most popular post on our site. And today’s topic: The story of Pin is a kind of similar photography work by Jun.C, a professional portrait photographer. Not sure whether Jun’s work was inspired by Vlad Artazov, but that is definitely worth seeing still. Let us know which one you like better? Nail or Pin?

Photographer Wes Naman has created portraits of his friends using Scotch Tape to distort their features. The results are similar to Scottish artist Douglas Gordon's 1997 work, Monster, but Wes says he originally got the idea after applying tape to himself to test a lighting rig set-up. Winner – Animal Portraits: The pose by Mogens Trolle, Denmark. A young male proboscis monkey cocks his head slightly and closes his eyes. Unexpected pale blue eyelids now complement his immaculately groomed auburn hair. He poses for a few seconds as if in meditation. He is a wild visitor to the feeding station at Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary in Sabah, Borneo – “the most laid-back character”, says Trolle, “quite unlike anything I’ve ever seen on another monkey” – connects us, he hopes, with a fellow primate.
