Like a scene from a fantasy movie, a dilapidated room that appears to have been literally ripped out of a building remains suspended in mid air above Nantes, France. Its walls were torn apart, revealing bricks below the plaster, and wood floors reveal the joists inside. The floating room is accessible via a ladder. The gravity defying surreal installation is the work of Argentinean artist Leandro Erlich. The large-scale piece, called “Monte-meubles – L’ultime déménagement” (literally - The Furniture Lift – The Ultimate Moving Out), was created for the biannual Le Voyage a Nantes, an art festival which turns the entire French city into an art gallery.

A not-so-famous photographer Robert Jahns can do impossible things with common photos. He takes two pictures and joins them into a single composition. Thanks to this creative idea, which is based on the combination of contrasts, ordinary photos become interesting and attractive. Jahns combines several pictures into one seamless scene. A leafless crown of the tree, layered onto deer antlers, creates a real and natural continuation of the deer`s head. To mark World Water Day, on March 22nd Solidarités International and its agency BDDP Unlimited will roll out a campaign to build awareness of the scourge of undrinkable water.

Postcards for Ants is an ongoing painting project by Cape Town artist Lorraine Loots who has been creating a miniature painting every single day since January 1, 2013. The artist works with paint brushes, pencils, and bare eyes to render superbly detailed paintings scarcely larger than a small coin. After the first year, Loots relaunched the project in a second phase inspired by Cape Town’s designation as World Design Capital 2014.

Tytus Brzozowski is a Polish architect and watercolorist who is inspired by the dynamics, color, design, and history of Warsaw. He creates watercolor paintings that often combine detailed architectural images with whimsical and imaginary scenes, such as pianos suspended by hot air balloons and buildings shaped like teapots

Thierry Duval was born in Paris, France in 1968. His watercolors are characterized by a strong light and precision in drawing, being almost or hiperrealist in the results mainly in his Paris watercolors. By using glazing technique he works in several steps up to get the final, very realistic result. As was said, light is strong in almost all his artworks.

Josephine Wall is an English fantasy artist and sculptor. Born in Farnham, Surrey, England in 1947, as a child she was always drawn to color, light, fantasy, and visual storytelling. Wall was influenced by Arthur Rackam illustrative ability, the surrealism of artists Magritte and Dali, along with the Pre-Raphaelites romanticism. She went to Farnham grammar school until her family Poole, Dorset when she was 14. There she studied at Parkstone (Dorset) grammar school, she then went on to study at Bournemouth College. Her first job as an artist was in 1967 at Poole Pottery as a designer and painter.
