This realistic 3-dimensional LEGO bridge took Heuwold four weeks to complete, with the help of city officials.

Calvin Nicholls is a master when it comes to the art of paper reliefs. He manages to capture an essence of gracefulness in each of his sculptures. In this particular collection where the focus is nature here are many of the seventy-five sculptures that were created for the Follet Collection Resources Campaign in response to a request of licensing from art director Lee Sievers. Fact Hobbit House by Simon Dale

You are looking at pictures of a house I built for our family in Wales. It was built by myself and my father in law with help from passers by and visiting friends. 4 months after starting we were moved in and cosy. I estimate 1000-1500 man hours and £3000 put in to this point. Not really so much in house buying terms (roughly £60/sq m excluding labour).

Wow A Flash of Lightning by Bert Hickman

Hickman's experimental art, which reflects the vein-like extensions that electrical charges burn into surfaces they come in contact with, are referred to as Lichtenberg figures. The diverging patterns present in each of the artist's "paintings" are natural occurrences from subjecting the panels to tiny lightning storms through a handy device known as a particle accelerator. Hickman is like a modern-day Zeus, painting with lightning bolts.

Wow The Safe House by KWK PROMES

The Safe House by KWK PROMES is located in a small village on the outskirts of Warsaw, Poland. Surrounding the area, many of the buildings are “Polish cubes” from the 60s and old wooden barns. The house was designed so that the homeowners never feel unsafe or exposed. The result is something of a modern fortress with lots of movable parts and secret openings, complete with a working drawbridge.
