Anamal photographer Ren Netherland travels thousands of miles across America to creative dog grooming competitions every year. He captures the dogs with their striking designs – which include characters from Disney, Star Wars and Sesame Street.

"I'm an artist, recent graduate, specializing in photo realistic watercolors, painting what the camera can't capture. My work is perceivably on the darker side, but the actually is, it's about exploration.
My anatomical works combine classic poses, in dramatic chiaroscuro lighting, with a very contemporary twist... illustrating what's underneath the skin, and the portrayed figure dissects a region of their body to show the structures that lay beneath."

“Bombay’s once ubiquitous Premier Padmini taxis were introduced in the 60s and are dwindling at an alarming rate. Artist Matthew Albanese creates amazing miniature landscapes made from sugar, chocolate and even bits of ostrich in his living room. All the models were painstakingly recreated in his living room, which he uses as his studio. Each gruelling piece can take up to as many as 700 hours to complete.
