Detonations  by Ueli Alder

The explosive Ueli Alder Detonations series is deadly. Created by Swiss artist Ueli Alder, the series is luckily made up of images found on the Internet. However, the Photoshopped collages of explosions still manage to be incredibly badass and terrifying. Adler’s inspiration for the series were war-themed video games, as he attempts to romanticize the cataclysmic detonations that go off during game play.

Chris Hondros Retrospective Part1

Chris Hondros, a Getty Images photographer, was fatally wounded on April 20, 2011, in a mortar attack by government forces while covering the civil war in Libya. Hondros' work is woven in our history as he covered everything from politics to marathons. A new film will focus on his life as told through his images. Bagt Kosgi Ashgabat - Turkmenistan

The "Wedding Palace" (Bagt Kosgi) is located in the southwest of Ashgabat. while the building was designed in a sphere shape surrounded by the eight-corner "Oguzkhan Star" on the corners of the building. There is a map of Turkmenistan on the outer space of the sphere whose radius is 32 meters and it can be seen from far away as the sun reflects off it.
