Stop the Violence, Don’t Speed Ad Campaign

The ‘Stop the Violence’ advertising campaign by Brazilian agency Terremoto Propaganda aims to reduce the risk of accidents on the road. The visually grabbing print campaign shows a vehicle painted on the face of one person and the fist of another, drawing the comparison between what is widely known to be intentional violence, such as punching someone in the face, with what many incorrectly consider unintentional, like speeding or unsafe lane changes. Zombie Proof Vehicles By Donal O'Keeffe

A London-based designer has come up with a collection of zombie-proof vehicles, just in time for Halloween. Donal O’Keeffe from Cork in Ireland, created the Zombie Survival Series with 3D rendering after being inspired by his love of horror films. The 31-year-old put the collection together after imagining what city-life would be like if the streets were taken over by wandering undead, from which there would be no safer escape than one of these modified, mobile fortresses.

Skoda is promoting the Fabia vRS with “Mean Green”, a television commercial filmed at the factory in the Czech Republic, showing a meaner side to the 180hp 1.4L TSI turbo and supercharged Fabia hatchback. The commercial begins with the brutal destruction of the Fabia cake commercial from 2007, with the Sound of Music “Favourite Things” track providing an ongoing sense of irony. The online campaign in the UK invites visitors to decide between lovely and mean, choosing between gingerbread and venom.

Skoda Fabia Advert - Original Cake Car

Skoda caused a huge stir with its car made out of cake. The advert features an army of bakers creating a Fabia out of an array of tasty baked treats, while Julie Andrews sings about her favourite things in the background. The chassis is built from huge slabs of sponge cake. Its paintwork is marzipan. Golden Syrup lubricates the engine. And the roof is finished with sugar.
