Are you a fan of beards? If you are, have you ever thought that it might look like some sort of furry animal? David Kiefaber thought of the same thing when he participated in the “Free Your Skin” campaign, organized by Y&R New Zealand. You might think that you look all rugged and manly while wearing that luscious beard. But in reality, you simply look like a guy with a dead squirrel on his face. Or a raccoon… if you’re a greying middle-aged man. Hopefully, you’re not one of those people whose beard looks and/or smells like a skunk.

Some people use paper as their canvas for creating works of art, Patrik Bundeli, on the other hand, uses Ping-Pong balls. His steady hand turns simple white balls into elaborate cartoonish faces. Some of his works feature black and white gothic visages, while others have adorable little snouts. “Julien Mauve is a Paris based professional web designer, front-end developer and content manager who loves innovation, experimentation and creation. Julien has taken up photography as a hobby. His collection Back to Childhood is all about bringing the long lost memories of early days into the adult life. How he came about that idea? Executed by Giovanni + Draft FCB, this animated advertising campaign captures two situations in which awareness is of necessity: when you're trapped in a jail cell with a large creepy inmate, and when a fellow castaway is equally prepared to resort to cannibalism as you are. It's very lucky that the cartoon characters in the Cafe Taina Coffee ads had a bag of the grind handy, or one tired blink may have been their last.

A mushroom cloud dwarfs a row of skyscrapers in what looks like a devastating nuclear bomb detonation. But thankfully this is just a spectacular weather-front blasting in from the tempestuous Rocky Mountains near Denver, Colorado, USA. The unbelievable shot is just one of many of the city's skyline taken by photographer Greg Thow. It is already one of the world’s most iconic cities, but this incredible collection shows how much Paris has changed over the course of the past century. The collection, by French photographer Julien Knez, shows Paris in the 1940s against a backdrop of how the same places look today.
